Skills Assessment
Candidates undergo a practical skills test or portfolio review conducted by our technical team to confirm competency level.
In-Person Interview
A face-to-face interview assesses professionalism, communication, and alignment with VHS service standards.
Code of Conduct Agreement
Every professional signs a binding Code of Conduct — including a strict anti-solicitation clause — before being onboarded.
Ongoing Performance Monitoring
Customer ratings, job completion rates, and conduct are continuously monitored. Underperforming or violating professionals are removed.
