Terms of Service

Ventures Home Solutions Private Limited ("VHS Pakistan", "we", "us") is a digital intermediary platform that connects customers with independent service professionals in Karachi and surrounding areas. VHS Pakistan does not directly employ artisans or mechanics. All service professionals are independent contractors.

Our platforms — Fix&Drive (automotive services) and HomeFix (home services) — facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between customers and professionals. VHS Pakistan acts solely as a marketplace and is not a party to the service contract between customer and professional.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platforms. By using VHS Pakistan you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree not to:

• ›Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• ›Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or reviews
• ›Attempt to circumvent, hack, or disrupt platform systems
• ›Harvest or scrape user data, artisan profiles, or contact information
• ›Impersonate VHS Pakistan staff, artisans, or other users

• •You will NOT solicit customers met through VHS Pakistan for direct work outside the platform.
• •You will NOT share your personal phone number, WhatsApp, or any contact detail directly with customers.
• •You will NOT accept payment for VHS-referred jobs outside the VHS payment system.
• •You will NOT encourage customers to contact you directly for future jobs, referrals, or repeat bookings.
• •All job requests, quotes, and communications must be routed exclusively through VHS Pakistan.

Consequences of violation: Direct solicitation constitutes a material breach of this agreement. VHS Pakistan reserves the right to immediately deactivate the professional's account, withhold any pending earnings, and pursue civil damages for loss of platform revenue caused by the breach. Repeated or egregious violations may be referred to relevant legal authorities.

Customers who are solicited directly by a VHS professional are encouraged to report it to [email protected] or WhatsApp 0333 3722390.

VHS Pakistan charges a service commission on each completed job. The commission rate is communicated to professionals at onboarding and may be updated with 14 days' notice.

Customers agree that service charges are set by VHS Pakistan and the assigned professional jointly. VHS Pakistan is not responsible for pricing disputes arising from work performed outside the platform.

All payments must be made through approved channels (company account, online transfer, or cash as designated per booking). Attempting to process payments outside these channels is a violation of these terms.

VHS Pakistan provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of services rendered by independent professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, VHS Pakistan shall not be liable for:

• ›Any property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from services rendered
• ›Delays, cancellations, or no-shows by service professionals
• ›Disputes between customers and professionals regarding service quality or pricing
• ›Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the commission earned by VHS Pakistan on the specific booking in question.

By submitting a review you grant VHS Pakistan a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our platforms. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Fake, defamatory, or incentivised reviews are prohibited and will be removed.

VHS Pakistan reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

VHS Pakistan may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the platform or its users. Professionals who are terminated for cause forfeit any pending commission payments.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith by contacting VHS Pakistan at [email protected].

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email to registered users.
